By accessing and using CodeChange, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our services are intended for educational and collaborative coding purposes. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 6-digit room codes. While CodeChange provides a secure environment, we strongly advise against sharing sensitive information, including passwords, private API keys, or proprietary credentials in public or shared rooms.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use CodeChange for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to the distribution of malicious code, unauthorized hacking, or sharing copyrighted material without permission. We reserve the right to terminate any session or room found in violation of these terms.
4. Service Modifications and Uptime
CodeChange reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any technical downtime, maintenance breaks, or data loss during synchronized sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, and source code of CodeChange are the intellectual property of our company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or decompilation of our platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeChange be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our real-time sharing platform.
